Drop down from spreadsheet without using select box

I enter id of this feld but it's not show out, through many searches. It needs a selectbox on another form, so annoying, I think there must be another way.

        Hi, I believe you do need a select box or another field that provides the options, otherwise how would the app know what options to pick up and show?
