Hi, the export will contain all the records from the list. To get a subset, you can create a separate list that only contains the records required and export from there.

While exporting data list in excel or pdf format, usually it will export all the records from the list.but i need to export partial records,which means limit the number of records to export. how to do that?,is there any possibility?
