In the same app, It work for Joget version 7.0.20 (Development Environment) but it doesn't work for 7.0.27 (Production Environment) even though it is newer version.

It is hard to diagnose without looking at the app, maybe u can attach a sample app for the community to check?  Do mention the Joget version and edition used.

          It is Joget DX Enterprise.

Do check the joget.log for explanation errors from the datalist JDBC binder.

I have solved the problem by copying file orai18n-12.1.0.2.0.jar into folder <Joget Directory>\apache-tomcat-8.5.77\webapps\jw\WEB-INF\lib as per joget.log advised.

          Thank you, Matthew King.
