I'm facing issues when trying to download a list in formats other than CSV and XML. When attempting to download in PDF and Excel, a specific error occurs.

Additionally, when trying to download a PDF report using the Report Builder add-on, although the file is downloaded, I'm unable to open it successfully. Could you assist me in resolving these issues?

It's worth noting that I am using the HTTP protocol instead of HTTPS.

I am having this same problem. I have updated everything to the latest version and I still can't download the report.

Hi, I notice that you are using a much older 8.0.0 version. Try updating to the latest Joget version, along with the latest Report Builder version too.

I recently updated Joget to its latest version. However, I encountered an issue when trying to add images to the reports. When I attempt to download the report, I receive an error message stating that the file cannot be opened. Additionally, in the report preview, I only see a similar error message.

If I remove the images from the report, I can view and download it without any issues. However, in doing so, the downloaded report displays HTML that seems to contain the styles of the added elements.
