added QR code to print

when i click on print button then i choose download as pdf on the computer how can i added a QR code related to which i downloaded (QR code printed inside pdf) ?

      Hi, 
      Try this sample app in this KB .Create and Scan QR Code
      It will generate a QR code for your form upon saving.
      Once you click the 'print' button, > you will also see the QR code .

        i install the app and copy the js code but it does not work 

        i do not know the reason so i hope that to help me more 

        if that possible
