How to do reset my admin password for my Cloud Joget account?

      Hi, I believe you would need to have enabled the Forgot Password feature in the Security Enhanced Directory Manager.

        Hi Anders,

        Thanks for your quick reply.

        I have a Free Cloud account that was initially a 14 day Trial Account.

        I confirmed that there is not the option to reset the passwords.

        All Trial Accounts should have the "Forget Password" feature set to on.

        I'm sure there are several technical reasons (like setting up the SMTP host, etc.) why this feature isn't turned on.  Regardless of the technical restrictions, there should be a feature turned on to allow Trail and Free (3 user) accounts to request a password reset.  

        Otherwise, the Trial and subsequent Free User account holders are locked out.  All self-service web sites today always include the option for a password reset.  Of course, security admins for managed service apps need have the in depth functionality that Joget provides with security options and deep extensible customization options.  One of the best features of Joget is the ease of non-programmer functionality coupled with deep programming customization. 

        The Trial account is the first experience that interested prospects have with Joget.  Keep in mind that all "low-code" systems are designed to be used by non-programmers.   The Trial must targeting both non-programmers and programmers.
