When a task has been completed, what happens with that record? I had a quick look at the database for the CRM application and it only shows tasks that need to be approved or that have been approved.

I want certain users to see all tasks every created and for the requester to see all their requests.

This is possible?

    Yup it's possible. You can try to check out some of the apps on the Joget Marketplace at http://marketplace.joget.org. Apps such as the HR Expenses Claim and Internal Service Request should demonstrate such functionality.

    The apps only run on the Enterprise Edition though.
