Dear all Experts,

I am new to Joget. I would like to add chinese language to Joget UI platform.

After I import PO file of zh_TW message to system from http://translate.joget.org/

When I changed the system Locale to "zh_TW", and relogin the system.

The Joget App centre Home screen keep hanging and cannot do anything like as following.

I need to force to use en_US during login by input the following site so that I can change the system locale back

localhost:8080/jw/web/desktop?_lang=en_US

Anyone has similar case with solution ?

Many thanks~.

My platform details:

Joget workflow Enterprise V6.06

Apache Tomcat 8

Java 8

MariaDB 10

Windows server 2012R2

      Hi Anders

My default zh_TW translation at "Manage Messages" page is blank after installed Joget V6

All the following translations of zh_TW  come from "import PO file" action and they looked fine.

Did your joget version include zh_TW translation already after installed?

Hi there, Yes, they are bundled. You can look into "\apache-tomcat-8.5.23\webapps\jw\WEB-INF\classes" and find some message bundle there that is already loaded in Joget by default. We included, ar,en,hu,ko,ms,th,zh_CN, and zh_TW. The reason why it is empty in "Manage Messages" because it is for after-market (after installation) messages to be loaded after the installations. These entries will be stored in the database rather be in the file system. Thanks. Hugo

Hi, I tried to switch to zh_TW directly in the Settings and it looks fine. The default zh_TW translation seems quite complete, perhaps the one in the community translation site is incorrect.

        Hi Camilo

it seems this issue is so common but no luck to find a solution. Have you contact Joget technical support?

Hello, I have not contacted support. However, I am pretty sure that it has to, in my case, have to do with how complete the translation of the chosen language is. In the case of translation into Spanish, the percentage of translation was very low and I believe that within the translation of the different messages there are labels that alter the format. Then a bad translation of this, I imagine, can make the system show bad items that have to do with the design.
