I have just about the same issue with this questions How to create a custom user registration, login and session in a Joget application independent of Joget backend system but doesn't found any solutions yet, I did some look up at Map Participants to Users and Permission Control, but doesn't help much. Related to that question, my system need to make a custom user registration that can intergrate with Joget backend system, any idea on how i can make it work?

Another Question is that, other than default login, admin, i can't seem to login as other user provided below

Even with free 3 user, beside admin, what is other 2 user i can manipulate on? because when i try to create new user, I can't logged in as I don't have the license.

      Hey there Sam,

      Excellent question!

Regarding your first question, for example, you can create your own custom user registration form, then go to the form properties, and change the store binder to Directory Form Binder. There you can map your form fields to the relevant user detail fields. You can then expose this form to the public with a Form Userview Element. With this, a new user can create a new Joget profile and the submitted information from the form will be stored into Joget user directory, where now the registered users can log into their new Joget account. You can use Permission Control to control which Joget apps is view-able to those users.

Now on your second question, Joget Workflow - Enterprise edition comes with 3 free users, which refers to the first 3 users in Joget user directory. In this case, according to your attached image, admin & cat & clark accounts is accessible. So for example, if you have a Joget license of 50 users, the first 50 user accounts will be accessible.

      Hope this clarifies!

Hi Justin, thank you so much for your clarification. For answer to the first questions, I'll try to look into it after this, if i have any uncertainty, I'll ask on this comment section. And for second answer, what is default password for Cat and Clark? cause i can't logged as them. Lastly, I had third question, when you say "Joget Workflow - Enterprise edition comes with 3 free users", what about Community Edition? Does it comes with unlimited user? Just curious

Hey there, The default password for both cat and Clark is "password". Community Edition is completely free to use with unlimited users. Hope this clarifies. Also a gentle reminder to mark the answer above as the official, once you're clear of any doubts, to help others in this community. :) - via mobile
